Things overheard at Austin coffee shops:
Dude: "Why would you want to raise another consumer, ya know?"
Girl: "Yeah, I feel you on that."
This is shortly before this guy goes on the normal spiel about starting a farm with his buddies that is "a symbiotic thing" and self-sustaining. And using the word "consuming" as a way to describe the definition of evil.
Doubt he knows how to farm on that sort of level, or if he understands the consequences for most people on earth if all of a sudden we all stop consuming.
He then goes on to simultaneously defend the Hispanic community for being "human beings, too" before going on to say that families with five kids are parasites.
And then, in the midst of describing some argument he'd had with a woman who doesn't see child birth as a bad thing:
"That whole 'Manifest Destiny' shit's out the door, fool. That shit's old school."
No idea where that line came from.
